Endurance Workout for Saturday, 06/13/09 11:00 a.m.
Run: 3x( 200m + 400m+ 600m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set.
EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.

FRI or SAT - CFA WOD
The endurance workout should occur on the same day as a CFA WOD:
3+ Hours After CrossFit Main Site WOD
Choose ONE of the Following Sports:
Swim: 3 x 350m/y with. 2 min recoveries. Best possble pace
Bike: 3 x 5k with 2min recoveries. Best possible pace
Run: 3 x 1000m / 1k with 2 min recoveries. Best possible pace
C2: 2 X 1200m with 2 min recoveries. Best possible pace.
Team Training - Every Saturday 8:30 am
This Saturday 8:30 am meet at the school 2407 Wilson
